I am a trained coach and mentor and an experienced arts leader. I offer support, advice and guidance to individuals and organisations working in the cultural sector. 
I have devoted my career to cultural management, creating the conditions in which artists and organisations working across music, theatre, dance and performance can do their best work and bring it to audiences.

I am a trusted and widely respected individual bringing integrity, care and resourcefulness to all I do.​
